The room was spacious with a lovely balcony view of the mountains, and the location couldn't have been better—just a stone's throw from Interlaken West station! They truly made us feel at home.

But here's the cheeky twist, while we loved breakfast, it got a bit dicey during peak hours. hurry in right at 6:30 am if you want your pick of the goodies. There was some mishap about our payment at checkout that caused unnecessary stress, but overall, the staff handled it well.
